Hello, I’m Yuki.

Many people may still working from home because of COVID-19.

I sat on couch while working from home for 2 months. And I was afraid to hurt my back because of leaning forward while sitting on couch.

To solve this problem, I bought a balance ball. Then my posture become better and also I started to do easy training while work.

Balance ball which I Bought

This is the balance ball which I bought.

The height of my dining table is 65cm, so I bought 55cm size balance ball. Balance ball will be the best height when I sit on it. By the way, my height is 158cm.

My balance ball is placed like bellow.

Trideer balance ball weighs 1.46 kg, because the rubber is thick and durable. My husband sits on balance ball when he plays TV game.

My father liked this balance ball when he visit my house, so I bought 65cm balance ball for my father.

Recommended training menu with balance ball

Move your waist right and left

・Sit on the balance ball and split your legs more than width across the shoulders. Bend your knees to 90 degrees.

・Straighten your back and put your hand on waist. Pull your chin slightly.

・Tilt your body to right and left like the pictures bellow.

・You could train your deep muscle by moving pelvis right and left.

Move your waist forward and backward

・Sit on the balance ball and split your legs more than width across the shoulders. Bend your knees to 90 degrees.

・Straighten your back and put your hand on waist. Pull your chin slightly.

・Push your knee forward and roll the balance ball slowly. Don’t move your feet.

・Stop when the ball came to your waist.

・The muscle around pelvis will be strengthen and the the lumbar vertebra will be stretched by moving pelvis forward and backward.

Stretch your whole body

・Put your back on the balance ball and spread your arms like the pictures bellow.

・Split your legs more than width across the shoulders and bend your knees to 90 degrees.

・Extend your knees and roll the balance ball until it comes to your waist.

・Keep the posture for 15 to 20 seconds.

・You could stretch your whole body.
